This short velvet fitted dress is one of our current faves as well as best sellers. This dress laces up the front through 8 silver D-Rings. It is extremely flirty with the six satin insets with ribbon bows. The lace hem adds to the "petticoat" effect of the dress. Could you imagine how cuuuute it would be with little ruffly panties underneath!!! The neckline is detailed with the Jeannie Nitro signature braided trim. Available in S. M. L. XL.
